A misdemeanor assault charge against Redskins DT Albert Haynesworth were dismissed on Tuesday after Hayneswotth reached an out-of-court settlement, multiple media outlets reported.
The Associated Press and The Washington Post reported that neither Haynesworth, his lawyer or his accuser would discuss the settlement. The misdemeanor assault charge stemmed from a February incident in which Haynesworth was reportedly alleged to have struck another driver.
