Cobb, Trevathan make coaches' All-SEC first team

A day after making The Associated Press list, Kentucky's Randall Cobb and Danny Trevathan were named to the coaches' All-Southeastern Conference first team, the league announced Tuesday. Sophomore offensive lineman Larry Warford made the second team.

Cobb, a junior who made the team as an all-purpose player, is the only player in the Football Bowl Subdivision to rank first or second on his team in rushing, receiving and passing. He leads the Wildcats in receiving with 79 catches for 955 yards and seven touchdowns, averaging 12.1 yards per catch. He ranks first in the SEC and second nationally in all-purpose yardage, averaging 182.7 yards a game.

Trevathan, a junior linebacker, leads the SEC in tackles with 130. He's third in the SEC and tied for 19th nationally in tackles for loss with 16, four off UK's school record of 20 set by Art Still in 1977.

Warford, a Madison Central graduate, has allowed one sack this season and leads the team in knockdown blocks with 43.
