John Wall's reunion with Cuz a thriller
Nick Young scored a career-high 43 points, and Kirk Hinrich had six in overtime as the Washington Wizards survived a last-minute regulation meltdown to beat the Sacramento Kings 136-133 Tuesday night. The Wizards blew a six-point lead in the final 14 seconds of the fourth quarter - and nearly blew a five-point lead in the final half-minute of overtime - and finished the game without starters John Wall and Andray Blatche before finally earning a split against a fellow last-place team from across the country.Young went 14 for 22 from the field, including 7 for 10 from 3-point range for the Wizards, who are 10-8 at home but 0-18 on the road. Six Washington players scored in double figures in the team's highest-scoring output of the season, with Blatche tallying 16 points and 13 rebounds and Wall finishing with 22 points, nine assists and six rebounds.Blatche sprained his right shoulder wrestling for the ball and walked to the locker room in the final minute of regulation and is day-to-day. Wall came down with cramps while trying to drive past former Kentucky roommate DeMarcus Cousins with 2:49 left in overtime and did not return.Beno Udrih and Francisco Garcia scored 26 points apiece - a season high for Garcia - and Carl Landry had a season-high 23 for the Kings, who have lost 11 straight on the road and six in a row at the Verizon Center.
